Lagos Commissioner Slaps Man Over Phone Recording
The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Toke Benson, was allegedly involved in a public altercation with an unidentified man who she reportedly slapped for recording her in a video.
Trouble started when the Commissioner who was in the process of directing security operatives to remove someone from a facility noticed the man recording her actions.
She attempted to seize the phone from the individual, which appeared to result in her slapping him.
The man expressed his dissatisfaction and questioned the reason for the slap, while cautioning the commissioner not to repeat such behavior in the future.
