Hon Babajide Obanikoro Calls for Peace, Oneness Among Nigerians
…Urges youths to consistently chase their dreams.
The Honourable member representing Eti Osa in the Federal House of Representatives in Abuja Hon Babajide Obanikoro has urged Nigerians to embrace peace and unity and shun acts that can undermine peace in the nation.
Speaking with THECONSCIENCEng during the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, the prominent politician called on “all Muslim faithfuls to remain faithful and advised all Nigerians to believe in a singular Nigeria, preach and practice peace and let peace reign in the nation.”
Speaking further the Honourable Member also appealed to all Muslims to pray for peaceful coexistence of the country. “I urge us all to remain patient, be peaceful and continue to pray for the betterment and progress of our nation.”
Honourable Jide Obanikoro also urged youths to desist from any act that will not bring progress to the country. “Our youths need to be patient and committed as well as remain hopeful. It is normal to be restless as youths. There are few opportunities and a large population. So, its a bit of challenge for the nation but I advise the youths to chase their dreams consistently and keep their dreams alive.”
