Popular Socialite, Tokunbo Owolabani Sets up PR Company, Exits Invogue Night Club

Popular Lagos club manager, Tokunbo Owolabani, known as’Toksbaba (Page) by friends has exited Invogue Nite Club after many years of meritorious service.

Just like the case of the popular musical duo of Paul and Peter Okoye, popularly known as Psquare, whose hitherto vibrant relationship finally hits the wall, THECONSCIENCEng gathered from reliable sources that the partnership between Chris Erondu, Chief Executive Officer of Invogue Nite Club and Tokunbo Owolabani, its former General Manager which has lasted for over a decade has indeed ended and Toksbaba has moved on to set up his own PR and entertainment Company.

The news will be shocking to regular callers at Invogue Nite Club and Socialite friends of Toksbaba, who never had the premonition that the rosy relationship between the duo could end so soon.

‘Toksbaba’,(Page) or Tokunbo Owolabani is a household name in the league of Socialites on the mainland, Lagos State and across the South-West region.

He has over a decade been the face and personality Manager between Page Night Club now known as Invogue Nite Club and its esteemed customers.

For 13 years, he has been the image maker of the popular Nite Club located in the heartbeat of Allen, Ikeja, Lagos State Capital, and has seen the Club come from obscurity to prominece.

When the Club was shutdown for renovations for Six month in 2013, he played a pivotal role in making the ub relevant and making it a beehive of activities.

Even after the rebranding that made Page Nite Club extinct and birthed Invogue Nite Club.

In a bid to seek greener pastures, diversify and spread it tentacles in the ever growing viable industry, Toksbaba decided to part ways with Invogue Nite Club on a mutual agreement in February 2021 to concentrate fully on his own company.

Tokunbo Owolabani is now Chief Executive Officer of Tybase Designs Concepts Limited, whose business description are Image Management, Public Relations (for Individual/ Cooperate Organizations), Event Management and Entertainment Consultancy.

The graduate of Business Administration, is vast, lettered, a Socialite per excellence and a jolly good fellow which makes his fans and friend describe him as the emperor of night life, or the Bashorun of Igbadun of Ikeja.

Having bagged his first degree, he did not rest on his oars, getting a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management before proceeding for his MBA in Human Resources at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

No doubt, Toksbaba will be missed by Invogue Nite Club patrons and other sociates for his midas touch.

Luckily, he still remains in the entertainment circle and would continue to pull out more tricks from his hat for entertainment lovers.
