The World Egg Day celebration is here again!

Though, for many decades back, eggs had an unwholesome reputation! It was termed villainous because of cholesterol content!

After many years of unsubstantiated claims, which made many to shun eggs eating or mere eating the white part!, then, the American Heart Association (AHA) revised its dietary guidelines and recommended an egg a day for an adult!
