Portable Slams Pranksters Amid Airport Drama
THECONSCIENCE NG reports that Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has broken his silence on the viral incident that occurred at the Port Harcourt International Airport, claiming he was ambushed by individuals staging a dangerous prank.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, the Zazuu Zeh crooner said the people involved were “death pranksters” who nearly turned the situation into a cult-related clash.
“Those people came to prank me. They were death pranksters. It almost turned to cultist level. Ten yellow no fit stand one blue,” Portable said in a mix of Yoruba and English.
The singer lamented that the episode tarnished his image and accused bloggers of spreading false reports to chase online attention.
He also called on the federal government to ban prank videos and crack down on social media platforms that promote such dangerous content.
Footage of the incident showed a chaotic scene with security guards and bystanders struggling to restrain Portable amid shouting and pushing, while some individuals were seen barefoot.
Portable, known for his frequent controversies, has previously been involved in several public dramas, including an assault case that once led to him being declared wanted by the police.
