The Group also called on the petitioners that includes, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party, LP, Presidential Candidate, Peter Gregory Obi to embrace the olive branch and join hands with President Tinubu in nation building.

In a Statement by the JYPA, it stated that, “We are delighted by the judicial victory of President Asiwaju at PEPT, which emphatically affirms the clear democratic choice of Nigerians at the Presidential Poll on February 25, 2023. We join millions of Nigerians to congratulate the President on his victory at the PEPT, Court of Appeal, which was delivered in an immaculate candour and intellectual thoroughness by the judiciary despite primitive intimidation and blackmail by those who have refused to accept electoral defeat.
