By Abayomi Ajiboye

The current Chairman of the National Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association, NNAMORAL, motorcycle union under Lagos State Parks and Garages Administrators, LASPAGA, Mr. Adeshina Teslim Hussaini, aka Okanlomo has debunked news making rounds on social media describing him as the substantive Chairman of Road transport Employee Association RTEAN in Lagos state as utterly false in its entirety.

Mr. Adeshina Hussaini while reacting to the news, said that the need to debunk what he described as misleading misinformation about him became a necessity because he had no prior notice or meeting with any person or group of persons as regards chairmanship in the Union, and that he remain a bonafide member of LASPAGA under Lagos State government.

Reacting to the ongoing information, Okonlomo frowned at the surprising embarrassing publication that has no basis and lacks veritable facts being disseminated adding that he has no connection with RTEAN both at the National and local level since the suspension of their activities began in Lagos while describing the subject above as an eyes service and loyalty lies with the operation of LASPAGA formulated by some factions of the Lagos state government in the transport sector.

The report reads “The lingering disputes between the Lagos State Government and Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) has been resolved.”

“According to a letter addressed to the General Secretary of Trade Union Congress (TUC), Comrade Nuhu Toro, signed by the National Security Adviser to the President, Nuhu Ribadu, said the issues has been laid to rest with the appointment of a new chairman of the union in Lagos State.”
