Mohamed Salah has broken multiple football records with his late hat trick in Liverpool’s season opening match against Leeds United.

The Liverpool wonder scored three goals in the thriller and sealed the three points for the Reds against the Whites at Anfield on Saturday, shattering Wayne Rooney and John Aldridge season records, TheConscience reports.TheConscience reports.

Mohamed Salah treble means he has led his club to a record 35 consecutive wins in games he scored in, dwarfing Wayne Rooney football record of 34 consecutive match wins in games he scored in between September 2008 and February 2011.

The ‘Egyptian King’ also matched up with Liverpool hero John Aldridge record of a Liverpool player to score a hat trick in the opening game of the season since 32 years ago against Charlton in 1988/89 season.

With two golden booths already in his kitty, Mohamed Salah looks confident of leading the 2020/21 Liverpool campaign and emulate the 2019/20 blistering win.

With his impressive starting, Mohamed Salah is set to clinch a 4-season champ title having scored 94 goals and 41 assists in 154 matches.

It was however a shaky performance as Liverpool went down 3 times during the game against the Whites who just returned to the  league after a long time but the Reds sealed the three points with two penalties including a late one both netted by King Mohamed Salah.
