Chioma Eze celebrating her birthday

Evangelist Chioma Eze, wife of APC chieftain, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, has celebrated a new year with a grateful heart to her Maker.

For the Port Harcourt based evangelist, Saturday September 5 was another great opportunity to reminisce about life and show appreciation to her maker.

The very graceful lady evangelist who was all smiles at the occasion was quick to quote the Holy Book that, “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom (Psalm 90:12)” as friends, family and associates took turns to celebrate her.

It was an epochal and historical day in the life of the entire family of Chief & Mrs Eze Chukwuemeka Eze as their matriarch and unifying force, Evangelist Mrs. Ada Chioma Eze celebrated another birthday of God’s grace and mercy.

Currently an evangelist and two-time visitor to Jerusalem on pilgrimage courtesy of Adamawa and Rivers State Governments established the Compassionate Ministries as a vehicle for her to spread the gospel and bring succour to God’s children with more attention to the poor and under privileged. Her unfulfilled desire is to wax and launch a Christian gospel musical album to enable her reach the wider public about the love of God to mankind

For Chief Eze, her husband, politician and a media consultant, it was a great moment to honour his virtuous wife of over 28years through whom according to him “God has blessed him with six wonderful and unique children, five graduates with the last child about to gain admission to the University.”

The couple had their youth service at Yola and stayed back. They were thereafter formally wedded by the then Rev. Ignatius Kagama (now Arch Bishop Kagama in charge of Abuja Diocese of the Catholic Church) at St. Theresa Cathedral, Yola, on 23rd May 1992.

“With her assistance, we established a sports company, Eze Continental Sports Ltd., through which we donated several cups for competitions and made our names household in the entire Adamawa State. Regrettably, after several years in Yola, we were forced to leave and return to the South about seven years ago due to the menace of Boko Haram insurgents.” Chief told TheConscience.

According to Pharmacist Nnenna Eunice, her third daughter, “You wonder why my kind is rare? She brought me up in the best way she could, she nurtured me in such a way that I would never have a cause to struggle. You’re a blessing to me and the world at large. Honestly I can’t explain how much I love you but have it in mind that I can do absolutely anything for you because you deserve the best.

To her son, Kelechi Eze a Computer Scientist, “My mother is an outspoken and fearless woman who only fears God and stands by the truth always. She loves and supports me in my career. Happy birthday mum”

“I am a very practical person and outspoken. I hate lying, laziness, dirtiness, unkindness, immorality. I am a natural woman that hates makeup and painting by most women. I frown on indecent dressing; bad cooking and, most importantly, I fear, love and have great confidence in God. I give God all the Glory for what He has done in my life. If there’s something I would like to be remembered for, it’s my love for my fellow human beings. I want the world also to know that Mrs. Ada Eze is a woman so much loved by her husband and greatly cherished by her children and friends.” The celebrant said of herself.

Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, widely known as Yayi, has emerged as the consensus governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, following a decisive meeting of party stakeholders. The announcement was made during an ongoing APC Strategic Caucus Meeting attended by key party leaders, stakeholders, and former governors, where extensive deliberations focused on the party’s direction ahead of the 2027 governorship election. Governor Dapo Abiodun, who addressed participants at the meeting, said the decision was reached after wide-ranging consultations with influential figures within the party. “After careful deliberations with former governors and leaders of our great party, we have resolved that our next flag bearer for the forthcoming political dispensation in Ogun State is Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, Yayi,” the governor stated. The consensus, party insiders say, underscores the APC’s push for unity and strategic alignment as it prepares for the next electoral cycle. It is also seen as a move to consolidate internal cohesion and present a formidable front ahead of the polls. Leaders at the meeting expressed confidence in Adeola’s experience, political reach, and capacity to sustain and build upon ongoing developmental efforts in the state. The Ogun APC reaffirmed its commitment to collective action, signalling readiness to mobilise support structures toward securing victory in the 2027 governorship election.
