Davido’s Father Says Kemi Olunloyo a Lunatic, Reveals Details About Davido’s Birth
… As 5 DNA Tests Confirm Davido Not Anu’s Father
Billionaire businessman and educationist, Dr Deji Adeleke, father of global music star David Adeleke (Davido), has publicly denied long-running claims that his son fathered a young girl, Anu, describing the allegations as false and malicious.
Speaking at his first-ever press conference, Dr Adeleke said multiple DNA tests conducted over several years conclusively proved that Davido is not the biological father of the child, contrary to repeated claims circulated on social media.
He accused controversial blogger Kemi Olunloyo of spreading falsehoods, impersonating a minor online and exploiting the situation for personal gain.
“All you see on social media, it is not this little girl writing it. It’s not even the mother. It is Kemi Olunloyo writing the lies,” Adeleke said.
“The woman is crazy. What she’s doing is illegal. She is impersonating a minor.”

DNA tests and family intervention
Dr Adeleke said the family first received a formal claim in 2014, when Anu’s grandmother wrote requesting a paternity test for Davido. According to him, he immediately agreed and personally arranged a DNA test at a Lagos hospital, with samples sent abroad for analysis.
“The result came out clearly. Probability of paternity was 0.00 per cent,” he said.
“That means David is not the father of the child.”
He added that, despite the negative result, he offered to fund two additional confirmatory tests to eliminate any doubt. He said the offer was not immediately taken up.
A second round of DNA testing was later conducted in 2020, alongside comparative tests involving Davido’s nephew and a verified DNA profile of Davido’s daughter, Imade.
“The same clinic. The same DNA profile. Imade’s shows 99.999 per cent. This one shows 0.00 per cent. Five DNA tests were done – 3 for Davido and two for his cousin, BRed, but all negative”, Adeleke stated.
Support despite rejection of paternity
Dr Adeleke stressed that the family’s position was not based on financial considerations, noting that he supports thousands of students with scholarships through his foundation.
“If DNA says yes, I will gladly accept her.
What will one more grandchild change? I have 14 grandchildren already, ” he asked.
He disclosed that, despite the DNA outcome, he assisted Anu’s family financially, including paying school fees and supporting the child’s mother through university scholarship at Adeleke University, where she reportedly studied for two years before she left.

Allegations against Kemi Olunloyo
The businessman rejected claims by Olunloyo that she was close to Davido’s late mother or played any role during Davido’s birth, describing the assertions as “fabrications”.
“How can you be my late wife’s best friend and I don’t know you?” he asked.
“When David was born, I was with my wife in London and later America. This woman is a lunatic.”
“I know those that are my late wife’s best friends. One of them is late.
“The other two, they live in UK. There’s nothing we do in our family, in America, or anywhere, they will come; in Nigeria, they come.
“Those are the two people I know were best friends of my late wife.
“They went to school together in UK, did everything, grew up together.
“Those are the two friends I know.
I’ve never met this kemi olunloyo before.
“She claimed that she drove my late wife to to the hospital where they had David.
How? When David was born, I was in London with my wife, she was pregnant.
She took ill. I took her to the hospital in London.
“They said she needed blood transfusion. I told the doctor that she has some antibodies.
“And i was told to tell any doctor who wants to treat her. The guy was having an attitude. We got into a fight.
I said I don’t want you to treat my wife anymore. A white guy. They brought somebody else. She got the transfusion.
When we got to my house in London, I said, you are not looking well. The very next day, I put her in the plane.
“She said, no, she wanted to wait until we go together. I said, no, please, you have to go See your doctor in America.
“By the time the plane landed in America, November 21st, 1992, they took my wife from that airport straight to the hospital.
“That was where David was born. They flushed the child out, flushed out her blood because she got the wrong blood. And the doctor said we were lucky that if I have not asked her to leave, the child would have died, she would have died too because they gave her the wrong blood. So how can this crazy kemi olunloyo be telling people that she’s the one that drove my wife to the hospital to have David. The woman is a lunatic.”
He also accused the blogger of opening and controlling social media accounts in the names of the child and her mother.
.“She established accounts for the little girl and the mother and uses them to start trouble every year,” Adeleke said.
“This impersonating is a crime. She belongs in jail.”
Dr Adeleke said the family is considering legal action over what he described as years of defamation and harassment.
“Enough is enough. I don’t talk to the press, but because of her, I am doing this,” he said.
“People are gullible on social media, believing things they don’t know.”
The press conference, he said, was convened to place the facts on record and bring an end to recurring allegations surrounding his son.
