“If You Kill Americans, We’ll Hunt You Down”: Trump Draws Red Line in Explosive Iran War Briefing
TheConscience NG reports that in one of the most forceful statements of the conflict so far, the United States of America US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth delivered a blunt warning to Tehran during Monday’s press conference.
“If you kill Americans, if you threaten Americans anywhere on earth, we will hunt you down without apology and without hesitation — and we will kill you,” he declared.
The remarks underscored President Trump’s hardline doctrine as Operation Epic Fury intensifies. The secretary accused Iran of stalling diplomatic negotiations while rebuilding missile stockpiles and nuclear facilities.
Referring to a previous strike dubbed Operation Midnight Hammer last June, he said the U.S. had already “obliterated their nuclear program debacle” but that Tehran refused to make a deal afterward.
“Peaceful nuclear ambitions do not need to be buried underneath mountains,” he said.

The Pentagon insists its objectives are limited to eliminating missile threats, neutralizing naval power and preventing nuclear weaponization. However, the rhetoric suggests little tolerance for further escalation from Tehran.
“We fight to win,” the secretary said. “No stupid rules of engagement. No nation-building quagmire.”
