Security Agencies Intensify Search for Fugitive Lagos Land grabber, Tajudeen Ishola Mohammad
Tajudeen Ishola Mohammed, is a notorious land grabber well known in the social circle for his nefarious operations within Lagos State and South West region.
He was said to have defrauded many unsuspecting victims to the tune of millions of naira over property related transactions.
Tajudeen was then declared wanted by security agencies for defrauding unsuspecting members of the public over sales of landed property and selling single property to multiple buyers across various areas of the state.
The agencies have recently intensified efforts to apprehend the notorious fugitive who has been on the run since the declaration.
Tajudeen Ishola Mohamed seems to be enjoying his criminal acts of appearing and disappearing and evading arrest.
But the long arm of the law seems to be catching up with him quickly and his evasive acts would soon be shortlived as intensive search for him has again been intensified and he will soon be arrested to answer questions about his criminal activities.
One of the cases he has to answer for remains how he attempted to hijack a Lagos state government landed property at No 4, Ladoke Akintola street, Ikeja GRA where he had erected a structure without required papers from the state government.
The Lagos state Building Control Agency (LSBCA) had demolished the building following necessary notice.
In the heat of the crisis, he had vanished into thin air only to appear recently parading fictitious documents allegedly obtained from Abuja to blackmail and harass the state in order to hijack the property.
He has again disappeared when he noticed security agencies were on his trail.
Tajudeen’s latest move was said to be dead on arrival as no amount of false documents or cheap blackmail can intimidate the state and its officials.
In Lagos, the state holds the power to grant approval for sale or transfer of lands and issue property related documents especially for a state owned property.
The Lagos state government has been on high alert over incessant atrocities perpetrated by land grabbers operating within the state.
To enforce the law and nip the menace in the bud, it also set up a land grabbing task force, in a bid to rid the state of activities of Omo Onile and land grabbers who usurped people’s property forcefully or swindle others.
