Sanwo-Olu Hails Tinubu Over Commissioning Of Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway
THECONSCIENCE NG reports that Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the successful commissioning of the first phase of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.
In a statement on his X handle on Sunday, Sanwo-Olu described the project as a transformative step for Nigeria’s infrastructure, praising its potential to boost economic activities, create jobs, and connect coastal communities.
He expressed pride that the ambitious highway begins in Lagos, noting that the state is fully prepared to maximize the benefits of the project.
The statement reads: “I want to sincerely congratulate HE President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the commissioning of the first phase of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.
