The viral case of an alleged dehumanization of hotel staff by an ex-minister, Kenneth Gbagi has drawn the attention of the Nigerian Police.
The Inspector-General of Police, IGP M.A Adamu has called for calm over the case of alleged dehumanizing of hotel staff in Warri as he vowed that the police will ensure thorough investigations.
The Police boss gave this assurance in a press statement released by DCP Frank Mba, Force PRO, in Abuja.
IGP Adamu called on members of the public, particularly the alleged victims and all interest groups to remain calm as the police investigate the Signatious Hotel Staff in Warri, Delta State.
Adamu said the Police would intensify efforts towards unravelling the circumstances surrounding the incident and justice will prevail.

The IGP, while noting that the Delta State Police Command has since commenced discrete investigations over the dehumanization of hotel matter with appreciable progress made, assured that justice will prevail no matter whose ox is gored.

Four members of the staff of the hotel had been allegedly stripped off their clothes by the proprietor of the hotel and a former minister of education (state), Olorogun Keneth Gbagi over suspicions on a missing N5,000.
Keneth Gbagi is a prominent entrepreneur, politician and lawyer in Delta State. He is among the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirants in Delta State jostling to take over from incumbent Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as Governor in 2023.
