The 41st Annual General Meeting AGM of Odu’a Investment Company Limited (OICL) comes up on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at the Osun Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
This was disclosed in a statement in Lagos signed by Victor Ayetoro, Head, Branding & Communication on Tuesday.
It states: “The Company at the meeting will be presenting the year 2022 Audited Financial Statements as well as proposing the declaration of dividend to its 6 shareholder states of Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Osun, Ekiti and Lagos.
“The meeting will also serve as an opportunity to provide updates on the activities and operations towards the repositioning of the Company as a world class conglomerate.
“The six South-West shareholder states will be represented at the meeting by the Secretary to the State Governments (SSGs) of Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Osun, Ekiti and Lagos State while the meeting will be chaired by Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, Chairman, Odu’a Investment Company Limited Board.”
