Nigeria’s Future As Medical Tourism Hub Brightens – Princewill

Prince Tonye Princewill, a board member of American Hospital Dubai Limited and former gubernatorial aspirant in Rivers State, has announced that Nigeria is on track to become a leading destination for medical tourism following the hospital’s expansion into the country.

The serial entrepreneur added that the development signals a significant shift in healthcare accessibility for Nigerians seeking quality medical services.

Princewill emphasized his commitment to the healthcare sector, driven by the tragic loss of lives due to inadequate medical services and facilities.

“The American Hospital Dubai aims to facilitate easier access to healthcare for Nigerians, with plans to expand services beyond Lagos to Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano,” he stated.

This expansion will serve as a crucial link between Nigerian patients and the advanced medical care available in Dubai, allowing for streamlined access to services.
