Emirates Restores 96% of Global Destinations
Emirates is nearing a full operational recovery, with 96% of its global network now restored after a period of disruption.
In recent weeks, the airline has progressively resumed services across the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, the Middle East and GCC, the Far East, and Australasia, signaling a steady rebound in international travel.
The airline now serves 137 destinations across 72 countries with more than 1,300 weekly frequencies, representing 75% of its pre-disruption capacity. As it continues to scale up flights and seat availability, Emirates is reinforcing Dubai’s role as a key global aviation hub.
Even while operating a reduced schedule, the airline carried 4.7 million passengers between March 1 and April 30, underscoring resilient demand and sustained customer trust.

Emirates continues to anchor its offering on a premium travel experience, with regionally inspired, multi-course inflight dining, a wide selection of beverages, and its ice entertainment system featuring more than 6,500 channels in nearly 40 languages. High-speed Wi-Fi is also expanding, with Starlink now available on 28 aircraft, improving onboard connectivity.
The airline is also enhancing its value proposition through more flexible travel options and loyalty incentives. Customers booking from April 2 benefit from one free date change across all cabin classes and the option to hold fares for 24 hours. The Dubai Connect programme further improves transit experiences, offering eligible passengers complimentary hotel stays, transfers, meals, and visa support during extended layovers.
Additionally, Emirates Skywards members can take advantage of a limited-time offer from May 1 to August 31, 2026, with reduced tier requirements and bonus Tier Miles on Emirates and flydubai flights.
In Nigeria, Emirates operates one daily flight between Dubai and Lagos, maintaining consistent connectivity for travelers as the airline continues its global recovery.
