Terrible! Abeokuta Fatgbems Filling Station Exposed For Selling Water As Petrol To Motorists (VIDEO)

It was quite shocking over the weekend when a journalist, Adeola Fayehun, raised an alarm that popular filling station, Fatgbems filling station was dispensing water to unsuspecting motorists instead of premium motor spirit popularly called petrol.

In a viral video now making the rounds, one could see water clearly oozing from multiple petrol nuzzles taken out of fuel tanks at the Fatgbems fueling station. In the heat of the commotion, angered motorists who were concerned that the water already dispensed to them as petrol must have damaged their automobile engines were also heard expressing shock and disbelief at the strange development.

THECONSCIENCE Investigations revealed that the station in the video is the Fatgbems Filling station, opposite Nigerian national Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) along Oke Mosan, Governor’s office, Abeokuta.

Meanwhile, many Nigerians on social media have already reacted to the saga, lambasting the station for incompetence and poor management. @obiambakamba said “What are the daily duties of the people working there, this shows the high level of incompetent of the company selling water as fuel, seal the gas ⛽️ station revoke their license. Imagine if shit happened here in the states, Omo that company go pay customers tire.”

@jenniferunachukwu said “But my question is how didn’t the attendants notice? Because petrol is sold into kegs on daily basis. How didn’t they notice something was wrong?
Another social media user @the_deriv_king said “No naa, a snake vomited inside the tank. It’s not water, it’s snake liquid and very good for the car.”

Fatgbems spokesperson could not be reached for reactions yet.
