Davido Releases Hit Single ‘Be There Still’, Ahead Of 5th Album
THECONSCIENCE NG report that the Nigerian music superstar, Davido, has dropped a new single titled ‘Be There Still’, as fans eagerly await the release of his highly anticipated fifth studio album, ‘5IVE’.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the hit single, released on Friday, blends Afrobeat with contemporary sounds in a dynamic way.
Davido, a five-time Grammy-nominated artist, announced the release on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, @davido, with the caption, “Midnight we feast,” just moments before the track dropped.
‘Be There Still’ features a stellar production team, with Marvey Muzique, DJ Maphorisa, and Black Culture serving as producers, while the track’s mixing was handled by D-RO.
Earlier, Davido revealed to his curious fans that ‘5IVE’ is set for release on April 18.
NAN recalls that in the lead-up to ‘5IVE’, Davido had already dropped two singles: “Funds”, featuring popular artists Odumodublvck and Chike, and “Awuke”, featuring YG Marley.
