This was disclosed in a notice signed by Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer, Hauwa Satomi, on Tuesday.
In the notice filed with the Nigerian exchange (NGX), the company disclosed the details of the upcoming Annual General Meeting including date, time and location, as well as the agenda items to be discussed.
The notice also specified the closure date for the register of members, which is pertinent for dividends payments
