NSCDC Lagos Commandant Visits Top Monarch, Akran of Badagry
The Commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Lagos State Command, Commandant Eweka Douglas Okoro has paid a courtesy visit on Badagry town as part of measures to strengthen the security network within the state and boost relationship with stakeholders.
A statement signed by ASCI ABOLURIN OLUWASEUN OLUMIDE, the State Public Relations Officer of NSCDC said Commandant Eweka Douglas Okoro visited His Royal Majesty, The Akran of Badagry, De Wheno Aholu Menu – Toyi 1, in his palace on 11th August, 2021, Lagos.
The statement added that the Commandant also visited the Badagry Divisional office of the Command.
The Commandant and his entourage were welcomed by the Divisional Officer, Chief Superintendent of Corps ( CSC ) Ayo Rasheed Akinyemi and the Area Commander, Area D, Assistant Commandant of Corps ( ACC ) Ijeoma Eze.
The Commandant seized the opportunity to address the officers and men at the division on the need to remain focus on the statutory functions of the Corps and also to reassure the residents and the entire good people of Lagos State, of the Command’s unflinching commitment to the security of lives and property in Lagos State.
