Covid19 in Nigeria new cases have continued the drops across the country with 100 new cases recorded across only 10 states on Sunday.
Confirmed new cases of the deadly Covid19 in Nigeria have significantly dropped in most Southern States especially South West and South Eastern states rising in the Northern States especially Plateau, FCT and Kaduna recently but has since changed the pattern with a seeming nationwide drop though with some new cases without any new spike in any of the states or zones, TheConscience reports.
This online newspaper gathers that government authorities late Sunday released the latest reports with Lagos topping with a paltry 39 new cases.
According to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control NCDC new figures released on its website late Sunday August 8, 2020, 100 freshly confirmed new cases were recorded on the Covid19 in Nigeria as the rate continues to drop nationwide.
“On the 6th of September 2020, 100 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria, and the Federal Capital Territory, as the nation began to inch towards winning the battle against the deadly virus that has ravaged the entire world for months.
“Till date, 55,005 cases have been confirmed, 43,013 cases have been discharged and 1,057 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.”

From TheConscience Covid19 in Nigeria analysis, South West and North Central zones appear to have halved the big chunk of the new cases with 47 and 42 of the 100 total new cases in the zones respectively on Sunday.
