Ward C1 Excos Rally Behind Oyekan Ahead 2025 Local Council Elections

THECONSCIENCE NG reports that in a significant show of support, twenty-two Executive Officers (EXCOs) from Ward C1 have pledged their loyalty to Hon. Taiwo Oyekan, the Deputy Leader of the Lagos Island Local Government Legislative Arm, as he prepares for the upcoming 2025 local government elections.

The massive endorsement comes in recognition of Oyekan’s impactful representation and his record-breaking achievements since taking office as Honourable Councillor.

The pledge was made during a courtesy visit to Hon. Oyekan’s office on February 6, 2025. Leading the delegation, Vice Chairman of Ward C1, Hon. Olanrewaju Lucas, along with Ward Secretary Hon.
