Amb. John Aderibigbe Lauds INEC over Elections, Urges Tinubu To Fulfill Campaign Promises
Amb. John Aderibigbe, the Peace Ambassador and Country Director, International Association of World Peace Advocates, IAWPA, a Global Non-Governmental Organization with the United Nations and the President, National Carrot Growers, Processors and Marketers Association of Nigeria, NACAGPROMAN, has joined millions of Nigerians to congratulate the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Tinubu emerged winner of the February 25th, 2023, Presidential Election, where he garnered a total of 8,794,726 votes to Defeat his opponents that comprises of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP who got 6,984,520 votes, to the second position.
While Labour Party, LP, Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi came third with 6,101,533 votes.
The former Presidential Aspirant lauded the electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, led by its Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu for giving Nigerians a credible election in which the will and wish of the people was duly manifested at the polls.
In a Statement by his Media Aide, Akinwale Kasali, the Social Commentator said that despite the hullabaloo in the cause of Collation of the results, the resilience and determination of INEC paid off, as it stood firm in its quest to give Nigerians a Free, Fair and Credible Election.
“The Election that ushered in Asiwaju Tinubu has been declared Free and Fair by international observers and certified by the Party Agents of the Political Parties anyone that cries foul has the legitimate right to seek redress at the Court, but they should not cause chaos nor fan the ember of hatred.
“I urged everyone that participated in the Presidential Election as Candidate to embrace the olive branch raised by Asiwjau and buried their swords, rather, they should join hands for the growth and development of the nation”, the statement reads.
John Aderibigbe stressed further that he was impressed with the acceptance speech of Tinubu where he promised that there is renewed hope for all Nigerians as the nation will witness a fresh air in all spheres of the economy.

“The President-Elect has promised that there won’t be strike in our Universities and other Tertiary Institutions again should be kept and that Tertiary Institutions will be autonomous should be given top priority.

“I know this is a paradigm shift from what the country use to be, as I strongly believe that Asiwjau is a Man of his words so he should not disappoint Nigerians as he need to revive the Health Sector, the Agricultural Sector should be look into inwardly as these are germane sectors of the economy.
“The economy needs to remain vibrant and must work for the betterment of Nigerians. The Japa syndrome among our Youths should be looked into as he should bring an end to the Brain Drain Syndrome bedeviling our nation in all sector.
“Once again I celebrate and congratulate the President-Elect and pray that his reign will restore the nation’s lost glory and put us in our rightful position as the giant of Africa and gain our lost respect and position among the comity of nations”, the statement reads.
