Reports have confirmed former Nigerian leader, Ernest Sonekan dead at 85 years.

Though details of his death are still sketchy sources said he died after a brief illness.

The paramount ruler of Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State, Oba Saliu Adetunji was also been confirmed dead on January 2 aged 93.

Meanwhile, leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele had earlier mentioned both names and called for prayers for their health in his 2022 prophecies.

On page 49 of the 90-paged prophecies signed by his media aide, Ernest Sonekan was categorically mentioned while the Olubadan was first on the list.
