How Police Rescued Kidnapped Victims In Ekiti

 

About four residents of Ekiti state who were kidnapped some days back at Ijesa Isu in Ikole local government area of the state have finally regained their freedom.

According to Daily Post, the victims were abducted on their way from Omou Oke while going to Ekiti.

The Police Public Relations Officer of the state, ASP Sunday Abutu revealed that the victims have been released through a combined effort of the police, other security agents and the family members of the victims.

 “They have all been released today at about 18:00hrs through the combined efforts of the police, the military, Amotekun, local hunters, as well as the family members.

“Effort is still ongoing for the possible arrest of the culprits.” he said
