“Admitting foreign students into the university is not only the result of joint efforts of the university and other stakeholders but also a far-reaching achievement for the university leadership,” the VC said.

“The foreign students underwent the regular admission process like other students, which included sitting for the joint admissions and matriculation board (JAMB) examinations, alongside other necessary procedures.”

The vice-chancellor acknowledged the role of the Rochas Foundation College of Africa for playing an instrumental role in encouraging the students to choose the University of Jos after completing their secondary school education at the foundation.
