How Philanthropist Oluwafunke Jackson Is Transforming Lives Through the OJ Ile-Alayo Foundation

In a heartwarming celebration held in Oshodi, Lagos, the OJ Ile-Alayo Foundation proudly announced its official incorporation during a two-day meet-and-greet and inauguration ceremony attended by numerous members from across Nigeria.

At the event, founder Madam Oluwafunke Jackson shared her inspiring journey and the profound impact the foundation aims to have on lives.

As a single mother of four, Oluwafunke has navigated life’s highs and lows, gaining invaluable insights into the importance of uplifting others.

“I have always been someone who cares deeply for others,” she reflected. “Even during my school days in Ibadan, I sold sweets and small items to support those in need. Philanthropy has been a part of my life for decades, but the OJ Ile-Alayo Foundation officially started in early 2024. Since then, we’ve grown by leaps and bounds.”

The foundation embodies Oluwafunke’s vision of nurturing family unity and fostering peaceful homes. “We believe that the family is the cornerstone of society,” she emphasized. “That’s why I encourage our members, particularly women, to sustain healthy marriages. Understanding, patience, and communication are critical for managing relationships and creating harmonious homes.”

“Children are often the most affected in troubled homes,” she noted. “It’s essential to create nurturing environments for them to grow and flourish.”

Oluwafunke’s commitment to education shines through in her pride for her children’s accomplishments; despite her own educational challenges, she has raised graduates and continues to support those pursuing higher education.

The power of social media has played a significant role in the foundation’s outreach. “Though some of us are based in the USA and others in Nigeria, social media allows us to connect and communicate effectively, bridging the gap between our members across the globe,” Oluwafunke shared.

As the OJ Ile-Alayo Foundation continues its journey, its members remain united in their goal to create a prosperous society, one family at a time.

Oluwafunke Jackson’s unwavering dedication to philanthropy is not just about giving back; it’s about transforming lives and nurturing a future where every child and family can thrive in happiness and properity.
