
Police Seek Assistance Over Missing FRSC Officer, Child
THECONSCIENCE NG reports that the Ogun State Police Command has called for assistance from members of the public in locating the whereabouts of an officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC),identified as Lasisi Funmilayo Oluwamayokun (38), and her daughter, Sewa Lasisi.
The missing persons were said to have left their home at Obasanjo Hilltop Estate, Abeokuta, on Sunday morning, and had since not returned.
According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Ogun Command, CSP Omolola Odutola, the case was reported at Kemta Divisional Police Headquarters by the family of the missing officer and the FRSC.
Odutola said all efforts to reach the woman on her mobile phone had yielded no result thereby appealing to members of the public to provide the Police with any useful information about their whereabouts.
The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Lanre Ogunlowo, has ordered an immediate and thorough investigation to ascertain their whereabouts and ensure their safe return.
