2023:RCCG’s Pastor Adeboye reacts on endorsing Tinubu, other political candidates
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Adeboye Enoch has denied having any meeting nor endorsing the All Progressives Congress and its Presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu in the forthcoming general election come 2023.
In a recent statement released by RCCG, it described the circulating claim of endorsing the ruling party’s Muslim-Muslim ticket as false, adding that its General Overseer, Pastor Adeboye Enoch is under the authority of God, the Christian Association of Nigeria, and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, will not speak on behalf of Christians on issues regarding politics.
The RCCG further stated that Pastor Adeboye and the church will not endorse any candidate in the 2023 general election in Nigeria.
The statement concluded with the church also threatening to seek legal redress should such claim be made again.
