Customers of Nigerian banks who have lamented multiple and hidden charges on bank transactions can now heave a sigh of relief as Standard Bank has launched its fully digital bank, canceling ATM charges, Transfer charges and other charges.
The bank said customers can withdraw money from any of its Automated Teller Machines without being charged N65, and also SMS notifications sent to them and transfers within Nigeria “are absolutely free.”
Other benefits include performing funds transfer without adding beneficiaries, generating a soft token for all transactions, free bank card delivery nationwide, free account management and service request.
The bank made this disclosure during the launch of its digital bank in Lagos on Monday
