THECONSCIENCE NG reports that Odua Investment Company Limited (OICL), the foremost investment holding company jointly owned by the Governments of the six South West States of Nigeria, will hold its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

The development was announced in a statement in Lagos on Monday signed by Ayetoro Victor, OICL’s Head of Branding and Communications.

Ayetoro said the meeting would bring together representatives of the shareholder states – Lagos, Ogun, Oyo Osun, Ondo, and Ekiti – led by their Secretaries to the State Governments (SSGs), as well as the Board of Directors and Executive Management of the company

“At the AGM, shareholders will consider and approve the company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, alongside other statutory matters.
