$11M Fraud: US Authorities Reveal Fresh Update on Nigerian Businessman, Invictus Obi
The United States Federal bureau of prisons has announced that convicted Nigerian fraudster, Obinwanne Okeke better known as Invictus Obi will be released from prison in September 2028.
Obi is currently being held at the federal correctional institution (FCI), Oakdale after being sentenced to 10years in prison earlier in 2021 for his involvement in a computer based intrusion fraud scheme that caused approximately $11M in known losses to his victims.
According to PremiumTimes, the US federal bureau of prisons in a statement shared on its website, confirmed that Okeke will be released in 2028.
The FCI, Oakdale which is located in Allen, Western Louisiana is a low security federal correctional institution with an adjacent minimum security satellite campus which has a population of 1,083 male inmates.
