In a statement released on Saturday in Lagos signed by the National General Secretary, Mr Bolaji Israel, JYPA’s National President, Mr Kunle Adeyemi commended Ayinde’s professionalism, exceptional leadership qualities and unwavering resilience, describing him as a true and worthy ambassador of Lagos State.
“Mr. Ayinde, popularly known as ‘Buffalo,’ has devoted his years to the service of humanity and leadership in Lagos State,” Adeyemi stated. “His commitment to public service and development is exemplary.”
JYPA highlighted Ayinde’s significant contributions to the political landscape of Lagos, noting his distinguished role as the Director General of the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign and the Sanwo-Olu-Hamzat Campaign.
Additionally, his leadership in the Independent Campaign Council (ICC) has brought tremendous advancements to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nigeria and has contributed to good governance in the nation.
The group recalled Ayinde’s heroic efforts in securing electoral victories for Governor Sanwo-Olu in both his first and second terms, emphasizing his strategic acumen and dedication.
“As an Accountant, retired security personnel, administrator and politician, Mr. Ayinde possesses a wealth of experience, knowledge, and understanding that continues to benefit Lagos and Nigeria and we believe strongly that he has more to offer the state and nation,” JYPA remarked. “His calm demeanour and effective leadership style set a standard for others to follow.”
