Burna Boy, Nigerian Grammy Awards nominee’s 5th Album “Twice As Tall” is officially released today and hitting the airwaves amid great expectations.
Born Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu Rex, the Afro-fusion music star’s new album follows the success of his critically acclaimed fourth album, ‘African Giant,’ which was nominated for the 62nd Annual Grammy awards and won him BET and MTV Europe Music Awards but narrowly lost the world’s most prestigious music award to Beninese singer and social activist, Angélique kidjo in 2020, TheConscienceNG reports.
Already, the album’s first single, “Wonderful” is getting positive reviews from international media, including Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, TIME, Entertainment Weekly, and others.

The 15-song album inspired by Burna Boy’s Grammy loss features American music icon and businessman, Diddy, Youssou N’Dour, Naughty By Nature, Sauti Sol, Chris Martin and Stormzy, TheConscienceNG gathers.
