Hon. Ogundare John Campos, the newly sworn-in Chairman of Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area has urged all local government and council development areas chairmen in Lagos to key into the state roadmap to develop their respective council areas for the benefits of the residents.
Ogundare said this should be done while also taking cognisance of addressing the peculiar issues and challenges of each council area.
Hon Ogundare made this remark while speaking with THECONSCIENCEng after receiving his Certificate of Return at the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission LASIEC office, Yaba, Lagos.
This followed his victory during the last Local Government and local governments development council area elections across the 57 LG/LCDA of the state which held on July 24.
Hon Ogundare John Campos said, “I and in fact all local governments and LCDAs in Lagos State need to buy into the Lagos State Roadmap policy for development. Peculiar issues should also be addressed. “

The new council chairman stated further that key issues in his area includes environment, traffic management, security and health and he was ready to tackle all.
He stated: “In my own Iocal area, we have many challenges. I need to fix the dirty environment, traffic management, stakeholders meetings for security and others.
Commenting on his style, he said: “My antecedents took me here and I will not relent. I am agile, focused, determined and straightforward. Security, environment, traffic management and youth empowerment will be key for my administration.
He also expressed deep appreciation to the people of Eti-Osa East and promised to do his best for them.
