The Odua Investment Company Limited (OICL) is consolidating its business footprint especially in real estate with the showcase of its latest luxury apartments in Lagos called Aurora Westlink, orchestrated through its subsidiary, Wemabod, and developed by Aerofield Homes, its real estate partner.
The ongoing mega project under construction estimated to be sitting on about 11,117sq.m of land parcel and comprising of 54units of apartments was presented to stakeholders at a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony on Friday May 3 at the project site on Oduduwa crescent, Ikeja, Lagos.

Speaking at the event, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, Chairman, Odu’a Investment Company Limited (OICL), said the project was a strategic move by the group to further consolidate assets and maximise value to stakeholders in alignment with its renewed drive for enhanced structure and efficiency.
He enthused that for the group, there are more major projects coming within three years. “Our heritage projects are being enhanced in a sustainable manner through private sector partnerships. We have moved our real estate business to wemabod which we own 100%.
The group is now a holdco as our businesses are moved into the subsidiaries for improved performances and operational structuring. Our progress and growth is collectectively as a group and we are transforming the business because we mean business,” he explained.
In his address, Mr. Oluyemi Ejidiran, CEO, Wemabod noted that the project represented not just bricks and mortar but a testament to resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence within the Odua Group and its subsidiaries
He stated, “The 1st phase of the AURORA WESTLINK ESTATE is a premium residential development comprising of total of forty units (40) sitting on about 7400sq.m. of lands and broken down to Twenty units (20) of 3-bedroom terrace apartments, Eight numbers of 3-bedroom Maisonettes, Eight units of four (4) and three (3) bedroom penthouses all with attached guest chalets.
“The 2nd phases sitting on about 3717sq.m of land parcel and comprising of another 14units of apartments of various typology and expansive recreational facilities such as swimming pool, football pitch, basketball court convertible to Lawn Tennis court and children playground.
